This is step one for new PHP users. It's confusing at first, but you'll understand! Remember that you will make this in the program Notepad
1> First you have to make header.php . This is where you will post your layout, sidebar, backround and CSS. Also remember to write in your
positions. Here is the code you will fill that in:
2> Where it says "Content" is where your content will be. You have to choose the position. When you have filled in everything, save it as header.php (Filetype MUST be ALL FILES, not textfiles.)
3> Now it's the footer. This is where the history links will go. It's pretty nice to have a footer .

You can change the footer if you want.
And now another important page, the Index.php. Here's the code for that:
REMOVE THE *s!
4> Each of your page will be the same as your index. So it will be example: tutorials.php. You just write what your page will be called where it says "tutorials".
Write this code at the beginning of every page:
REMOVE THE *s!
And this code at the end of every page:
REMOVE THE *s!
