here comes the sun!

once again, long time no.. eh, blog? well, i’ve been busy as always. Right now it’s almost 11 o’clock, and I should have been in bed almost an hour ago. That was my plan since I’m so tired. My plan didn’t work, cause I never seem to get of this computer….

Tomorrow is Thursday, and our last day of school this week. It’s a relief. Friday, May 1st is our day off (I don’t know if that’s only here??) and I LOVE that. The last few weeks we’ve had at least ONE day off, and I’m enjoying every minute of it.

Last weekend I was at a confirmation camp. I don’t know if you know, but my confirmation is on Sunday, so I’ve been getting ready for that. The weekend was much more fun than I’d thought, we had a lot of fun games, we hung out with friends and ate lots of ice cream (the weather was incredible!) Under you’ll se a picture of me and my friend Laila eating ice cream!

that’s all I got for today. cya!

Short Post

hello everybody. i don’t have a lot of time to write here now (my mom is making me go to bed), but I wanted to just make a quick post since it’s been so long. I’ve been extremely busy these last few days. I’ve had a lot of homework, and studying for tests, and the whole weekend I’ve been to confirmations. First my cousin’s then my best friends. And tomorrow I’m going back to school, so I’ll probably be pretty busy again.

And I just HAD to say this, I’ve been eating a lot of Reese’s lately! I can’t resist it, it’s just soo good! Do you like Reese’s?

yumm

well, I don’t have time for more now, so bye!

cleanin’ out my closet

hi again everyone! (:
how are you?

It’s Wednesday, and it was my first day at school since Friday. Like I mentioned in my previous post, we had Monday off. And Tuesday we had a ‘working day’, where we go to work some place and earn money for charity. I was home cleaning the house, cause I couldn’t find a job in time. So, while I was home I figured I should clean out my closet. I knew there were quite a lot of clothes that were too small, or that I just didn’t use anymore. And BOY was I right! I had a lot more than expected, and some of them were clothes I didn’t ever know I had! My closet isn’t full right now, but I have a better system, and my mom and I are going shopping for some new clothes very soon (we bought something yesterday, I’ll post pics soon). Some of the clothes I’m giving away for friends and family, and the rest for charity. (:
Do you have clothes laying around, that you don’t use?

Well, there’s not so much more to say today. I better get to my homework now, so byebye! Please comment ^.^

The clothes I don't use anymore.

Once again, sorry for the crappy quality. My camera is at my friend’s house.

Fifteen

Yep, that’s right. I’m fifteen today. It doesn’t feel any different, but I still turned 15 today. Since we had a day off from school today, my best friend Karoline slept over at my house. We watched the movie “A Walk To Remember” (♥), and then we taught ourselves the Hoedown Throwdown dance from Hannah Montana: The Movie! We came across a video of some girls dancing it, found a video tutorial on Youtube, and we did it! It took us about an hour to learn, and it was really easy, actually. So, the next morning, at around 10:00, Karoline woke me up with an orange with 15 candles on (se picture), and a little gift. It was so sweet! Inside the gift were chocolates and bubble gums. It was really extremely sweet. She’s just awesome. ♥

I went to a mall nearby, and we bought ice cream, and we met up with some more friends. I got A LOT of birthday messages today, which I appreciate a lot! :)
Then later Karoline went home, and me and my mom went back to the mall, and I bougt a cable for my laptop, and tomorrow we’ll do some real shopping! I’m gonna buy lots of clothes finally, cause I really need new ones! Then me, my mom and my sister are going out to eat.

I hope you all enjoy this week! byebye! ♥

Lazy Days Are Over

Yes. It’s true. Easter Holidays are over. If you live in USA, you might know it as Spring Break, but it’s still over. I’m not too excited about it, but not sad either. First of all, I had a blast this last week. And next monday, which is the 20th of April we have a day off at school + it’s my birthday, and we have another day off on May 1st and some other days in May, and then there’s my confirmation and then June starts and I will just wait for Summer. haha. That was a lot of “and”s. But it hit me last night that we’re not that far away from the summer vacation, and so much fun things coming before that, so I have nothing to worry about! I’m perfectly happy with my life at the moment!

  • Are you happy with your life?
  • Did you have a good Easter Holiday/Spring Break?

Yesterday was also fun. I was at a family birthday party for my cousin, which was fun. But afterwards we went to the airport to pick up the rest of the family. They had spent the holidays in Chicago, USA! My cousin Christine, who is also a great friend, had a blast there, and we were really happy to see each other. She also got me a gift! A Taylor Swift CD!! yayy. If you saw my last Wishes Of The Month post, it was there (btw, I got the Jonas Brothers album, aswell now!). Now I have both of Taylor Swift’s cd’s and Christine made sure it wasn’t on my next Wish list, so thanks Christine. love u<3

Taylor Swift cd's. Taken by me.

I have been buying a lot of cds lately, and it’s because.. well, I collect cd’s. I’m currently trying to get a hold of The Jonas Brothers’ first album “It’s About Time”, and I might just get it for a cheat $50 (it’s usually like $150)! Right now I have cd’s by Taylor Swift, Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato, Paramore, Colbie Caillat, Aly & AJ, Ashlee Simpson, Lady GaGa, Hilary Duff and lots of more. I like buying actual cd’s instead of downloading albums. What do you prefer?

Have a great day/night/morning/evening/afternoon <3

home sweet home

well, I’m back home. I actually got home last night, but I went straight to my grandmother’s house, because we had visits from another city, and they were staying for the weekend. I was there for a while, then took the bus home to my dad’s. I went to bed at around 01:00. I was looking forward to a loong night of sleep, but at 09:30, my phone rang and it was my grandmother saying “Good morning, breakfast here in 10 min.” So my grandmother’s brother was on his way to get me. I had to just run upstairs and get dressed! haha. When I got there I ate breakfast and we had a really good time. We also went for a walk, which was very refreshing. But then it started raining… Then we went home. So I’ve stayed at my grandmother’s house pretty much all day. And tonight I watched “American Idol” and I’ve just been sitting here on my laptop. And now I don’t have much to say. How has your weekend been? Do you watch American Idol?

This is Adam Lambert from American Idol, when he sang “Satisfaction”. He was brilliant!!

Snow

Snow that was not too far away from our cabin.

- goodbye! <3

April 7, 2009

oh, I’m so healthy!

Hey people.! Right now it’s 00:35 and it’s really not the 8th of April. It’s just past midnight. haha, I just had to let you know!

The last days I’ve been feeling really good about myself, actually. Yesterday, I came down to Christine, and we watched TV and ate apples. Then we went to the store and decided to have a movie-night. But then we figured that we might have that a lot this week, and we would probably eat candy every single day. So instead of buying lots of candy, we bought lots of fruits and vegetables! We bought apples, oranges, pears, grapes, bananas, water melon, carrots, straw berries and even more! When we came back to Christine’s house we peeled the fruit and cut them in pieces. It looked very nice, and YUMMY. We watched the movie “Wild Child” (for the second time), and ate the yummy fruit and even drank water! haha (:
So, today I wanted to continue being healthy, and the first thing I did today was go out for a jog! I turned on Lady GaGa music on my iPod and jogged for more than an hour! The weather was perfect, and I just couldn’t stop. When I got back home I was really exhausted, but so happy I had done it.
• What is your favorite fruit/vegetable?

Then later today, Karoline came over, and we ate taco’s and watched the moved “The Black Balloon“. The movie was quite good, but sorta odd. Sadly, my healthy period stopped then, cause we ate chocolate….
• Have you seen “Wild Child” or “The Black Balloon”? If so, did you like it?

Tomorrow I will be going to my cabin with my dad. I’m not sure if I actually want to, but my dad really wanted me there, so I said OK. It will only be me, my dad and my stepmom, and that’s why I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go. It gets kinda boring to be around adults all the time, but it will be just for a few days. We don’t have any internet there, so I won’t be blogging until I get home, then. But I hope you all have a great easter, and I hope to talk to you all soon!
- bye!!

Fruit, yum!

(btw, this is not our fruit. I found this on the internet. We took some pictures, but Christine didn’t send the pictures to me.)

at the movies with marley

First off, hello! haha, sorry for not blogging yesterday! I didn’t feel like it, because there was nothing to blog about.

This weekend I was at my dad’s. I didn’t do much really. I felt pretty bad actually. I’ve just been so tired lately, so my head hurt. But I’m better now. Saturday I was with my stepmother, and my two stepsisters in town. I didn’t buy anything special, except a magazine. “Rolling Stone” magazine with Taylor Swift on the cover. There was a really big article about her in it, so I wanted to read it! : ]

Today I was with my friends Christine and Karoline at the movies! We have had plans to go to the movies for a really long time now, and today we finally did. We were supposed to see “Confessions of a Shopaholic”, but it was sold out, so we went for “Marley & Me“. I’m glad we did. For those of you who haven’t seen it or heard about it, it’s about a couple, Jenny and John who got married, and moved from Michigan to Florida. They both got jobs at local newspapers and bought a house together. But John was terrified to have kids, so instead he bought Jenny a puppy! It was an adorable labrador, who they named Marley. This dog turned out to be the worst dog in the world, and was just ruining everything for them. But then they got a child, and later on three children. Later in the movie, Jenny and John realizes that Marley was really the best dog in the world, and loved him to the fullest. To me, this was such a great movie. It didn’t get a lot of good critics, but I can’t see why. I thought it had everything a movie needs; humor, drama and love. During the end of the movie, my tears were just pouring out! It was so sad, and I couldn’t stop crying!

It is weird, because I usually don’t cry while watching movies where lots of people die, but this one really touched me. I think it’s the relationship people have with animals that shows off here, and that’s why so many people cries. I recommend this movie for anyone who like animals! : D

With You It All Comes Naturally

wow. Another week is complete! It flew by, but it was definitely a fun week! Like I have mentioned we had some shows this week. It was supposed to be 3, but we did 5. I personally think the first one went better. That was our show for the 8th grade. We did have some trouble with the microphones and music, but that wasn’t our fault, so I guess it was OK. The other shows went pretty good, too!

One of the rehearsels of "Summer Lovin'"

Today was our last day of school, and now it’s Easter Holidays. Yayy! Me and my best friend Karoline bought ice cream for the whole class, but the teacher did it aswell, haha. So we had double as much! After school I went to my other bestfriend Christine and we had some fun with her MacBook (once again!) When I got home we had a NEW DOG at home! I was shocked. It was small, and white with brown dots on it. So adorable. I thought it was ours, but it turned out it was a dog my stepsister had found and taken home because she didn’t find its owner. LUCKILY there was a note on the bus stop here from someone who had lost their dog, and we gave the dog to its rightful owner! :] I miss him already.. here’s a good memory:

(btw, if you’re wondering about the title, it was just a sentence from the song “I Could Get Used To This” by The Veronicas, which I was listening to when I wrote the title.)
